As a family-run business, Buen Provecho’s Fresh Mexican Food does things differently. Established in 2019, Buen Provecho was created to offer the residents of local communities with fresh, authentic Mexican food. When we say fresh, we mean fresh. Our ingredients are sourced locally, and our food is made in-house daily for a true taste of real Mexican cuisine. Our mission is to show people what high-quality Mexican food looks and tastes like. We believe that just because our food is fresh and convenient does not mean that it has to be made with inferior ingredients or lack presentation. We take great pride in the level of care and attention we give to each and every menu item we make. When our family moved to Kalamazoo, we had a fashion in the food that leads to establish Buen Provecho. We brought with us more than 20 years of food industry experience and our family passion for cooking authentic Mexican food. We want to share our love of food with as many people as possible by creating a restaurant that focuses on serving fresh, tasty food with a smile
